Equipped with table chairs and corner seat. We also gladly set up a barbecue for you.
The large apartment with a spacious bedroom in the Italian style, a double bed 180 cm x 200 cm with 4 door wardrobe, a sofa bed with bedding 80 x 200 cm, a small fold-out wall bed 80 x 185 cm, which can be used thanks to the roller feet throughout the apartment , Alternatively, an additional mattress 90 x 200 cm can be used on the floor. On request we can also put on a cot.
A second, smaller bedroom has an adult bunk bed, also ideal for children and a single bed and wardrobes.
Next you have a high chair and on request also a selection of infant or Children's toys available.

The well-equipped kitchen is a combination of modern and nostalgic country house style, with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and oven with ceramic hob.
Next to the kitchen is a pantry / storage room with fridge-freezer and a shelf, which you can use for your food supply.
In the bathroom, a bath is a shower and sink with conversion cabinet. The toilet is in a separate room.
The apartment is on the south and west side, this includes living room-both bedrooms and kitchen, wonderfully light-flooded, which can also be regulated by outdoor shutters.
You also have a washing machine in the apartment for your sole use.
Facilities include linen and towels.
You have a parking space directly in front of the house in the yard and on the street.

Admire the wide landscape of the Nördlinger Ries, which you can also look at from our Kirchberg.
In our village you have the possibility the children's playground about 200 m and the outdoor pool with separate children's pool about 300 meters away, free to use.
Our rural area with forest and paths invites to hiking and cycling trips.

In the residential town of Oettingen in Bavaria, 4 km away, there are plenty of shops, doctors, pharmacies and a hospital. There is also a mini golf course, an outdoor pool on the Wörnitz and a local history museum.
Visit the Hofgarten and the castle with exhibitions taking place.
