The space
Comfortable private bedroom in a basement suite located in the idyllic neighborhood of Pleasantview. This beautifully renovated room sleeps 2 and is walking distance to a mall and bus station, as well as Pleasantview Park.

- Not in Downtown - But a very short 20 minute bus ride. You get to hear birds and see squirrels

- Laundry with washer and dryer, detergent is also provided
- Full Eat-in-Kitchen: Toaster, Microwave, Pots, Pans, Dishes, Coffee, Tea, Milk and some cooking items (oil, vinegar, etc)
- Access to backyard with BBQ, fire-pit, and lots of room to relax
- Plenty of free street parking
