Hôtel excellemment bien situé pratique d accès Propre service de chambre tous les jours si besoin Seul souci pas de petit frigo dans la chambre surprenant pour un hôtel de ce niveau et le sol dans notre chambre craquait en dessous de la moquette ce qui était gênant dans la nuit pour les voisins

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix
Mis à part l’emplacement qui est très bon, nous ne garderons pas un souvenir mémorable de cet hôtel. Un accueil glacial, aucune aide proposée pour monter nos bagages(nous étions avec nos 2 enfants en bas âge et 6 bagages), pas de mini bar dans la chambre, les lits étaient refaits mais la boîte de mouchoir est restée désespérément vide 2 jours. Nous avons tenté d’appeler à 3 reprises le room service sans que personne ne décroche, je me suis résolu à aller au restaurant pour commander, on m’a donné une carte en me demandant de retourner commander depuis ma chambre, j’y suis donc retourné et j’ai essayé à 2 reprises sans succès, nous avons donc fini par aller dîner dehors. Pour une chambre à + de 400€ la nuit, le rapport qualité prix est désastreux. Probablement la dernière fois que l’on réserve chez un Hilton

Hôtel très bien placé. Nous avions une chambre donnant dans un coin calme. La chambre avait une porte communicante et on entendait malheureusement nos voisins. Le personnel était aimable.

Équipements aux standards attendus. Les lits auraient pu être plus grands compte tenu des prix pratiqués. Buffet du petit-déjeuner servi dans une pièce manifestement sous dimensionnée où l'on joue des coudes dès qu'il y a du monde. Jus d'orange franchement insipide. Ascenseurs bien longs. Bonne situation de l'hôtel.

The property is difficult to reach from the train station due to construction, which also caused a lot of noise during the day and made it difficult for taxis to pick us up. However, the hotel staff went out of their way to help with everything and the location so close to the royal mile is amazing.

Loved the location - convenient and accessible to many attractions. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Even though the location is in the city centre, the rooms are very quiet. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Carlton hotel. The staff were all exceedingly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay highly pleasurable. The gentleman at reception who greeted us when we arrived in particular. Thank you for a wonderful time in your hotel.
