'Algo caro, para lo que ofrecen, el señor que me abrió se llevó la tarjeta llave que porque no servía y la ventana de vidrio se abre fácilmente desde afuera, así que se siente muy inseguro. No tuve acceso a los canales de cable que dicen tener , no hubo botella de agua gratis que dicen en el app y el piso del baño está sucio, así que decidí no bañarme ahí.'

'Check in late after 9p and front door was closed was told to go around and enter through restaurant. My elderly mother can’t walk not wheel chair accessible. Not handicapped friendly Told breakfast was included but not told at check in that it was at another level of hotel that needed to have elevators. When arrived at area which I thought was the breakfast was greeted rude and told in a manner that was not the area. Room did not have charging area for cells. Noisy from restaurant or...

'We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and the area was great because it was close to a shopping mall. I also really appreciated that they cleaned our rooms everyday. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was no mini fridge or microwave on the room like in most hotels in the US and when I booked my stay it said that in the room 4 could sleep but it had 2 twin beds which wasn’t very comfortable for 2 adults but my 10 yr old was comfortable.'

'En el restaurante duraron mucho para servir los alimentos y cuando lo hicieron, faltaba uno de los alimentos que estaban en la comanda inicial. Por otra parte, pensamos que uno de los alimentos pudo haber enfermado del estimado a uno de los huéspedes, pero sabemos que eso es difícil de saber, el alimento fue pescado a la plancha.'
