The Lake Sinclair Experience

For those looking to get out on the water, two kayaks are available for guest use. Want to take it up a notch? Guests also receive an exclusive 20% discount on jet ski rentals, making it easy to explore more of Lake Sinclair during your stay.

The Space
This thoughtfully designed home balances comfort and functionality, making it perfect for families, couples, or small groups.

Primary Bedroom: Queen-size bed with a private, attached full bathroom for added comfort and privacy.

Secondary Bedroom: King-size bed with the second full bathroom located just outside the bedroom in the hall for easy access.

Den: Features a plush king-size pull-out sofa and a cozy glider/rocking chair—perfect for additional guests or a quiet place to relax with a book.

Heated & Cooled Sunroom: The heart of the home. Enjoy year-round lake views from the couch, loveseat, or breakfast table—ideal for morning coffee or evening conversations.

Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal, whether you're cooking a quick breakfast or a full family dinner. A Keurig and drip coffee maker combo is provided, so you can enjoy your coffee just the way you like it each morning.

Entertainment: Four TVs throughout the home and an electric fireplace create a comfortable space to relax after a day on the lake.

The outdoor space is set up for both relaxation and fun:

Private Dock: Great for swimming, tying up a boat, or simply enjoying the water.

Fishing Ready: Fishing poles are available under the house—just bring your bait and see what you can catch.

Firepit & Swing: Gather around the fire for s’mores or unwind on the outdoor swing with a lake view.

Grill & Deck: Enjoy effortless outdoor cooking with a high-quality propane BBQ grill, perfect for everything from quick lunches to full evening cookouts. Propane is fully supplied for your convenience, so there’s no need to worry about refills—just fire it up and enjoy dining outdoors with friends and family while taking in the lake views.

Parking: Dedicated parking pad fits two small to midsize vehicles comfortably. We cannot have more than four vehicles on-site at any given time.
