Private Home in Quiet Ocean Side Neighborhood

Enjoy a peaceful vacation in a quiet home located in a private oceanside neighborhood in Eastham. Enjoy the wooded yard surrounded by rhododendron. After a day at the beach, refresh yourself in the outdoor shower. Our home has two bedrooms plus a sleeping loft and can entertain multiple families. The house is three levels with a sleeping space on each level. Enter through the main level which has one full bath, a kitchen with dining area, living room with Smart TV, along with one bedroom which has a twin over full bunk bed and an additional twin. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the upstairs deck, or in the yard's quiet sitting area. Upstairs is a spacious and private sleeping loft with two twin beds. On the lower level you will find another small sitting area with TV, and a master bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. Walk out to the backyard from the small sitting area or enjoy the small walk out patio from the master bedroom. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer located on the lower level.

While we hope you spend most of your time relaxing during your stay, if you must work our house is equipped with a home office equipment which includes 28inch 4k dual monitors, a docking station (Mac & windows), a keyboard, a mouse, a printer and of course wifi!

The house is located on a private road approximately one mile from the National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center (.9 miles). There is a 2 mile bike trail to Coast Guard Beach and several short walking trails that can be accessed at the Visitor Center. Enjoy dinner and golf at nearby Arnolds (.8mile). The house is also a quick bike ride from Ben & Jerry’s(1.2 miles). Access to the Cape Cod Rail trail is available within a mile or less at two different spots. Coast Guard Beach is 2.4 miles. Nauset Light is 1.9miles. There is easy access to bay beaches on the other side of route 6. The property is located 22 miles from Provincetown and 14 miles from Chatham.

Great property. Loved the common room and the outdoor shower. Appreciated that each kid had their own space; parents did too! Close to both Eastham bay and ocean beaches, and bike trails. And ice cream! Would recommend for anyone, especially families. Thank you!

Perfect Cape getaway

Great house for our family (2 adults, 2 children) to spend a week at. Large enough for everyone to have their own space, but stilly cozy. A quick drive to many points of interest but tucked away from and major roads. Highly recommend.

We loved the house and especially liked the no contact entry! It was spacious and comfy! The kids and adults liked the huge TV also! We made use of it on rainy days. It would accommodate more than the four of us but found it just right for us too. It was very buggy (mosquitoes) outside though but we didn’t use the yard. It was close to Arnold’s and the ocean beaches and the bike trails and the visitor center. There’s also a schoolhouse museum nearby that was wonderful. We definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect getaway

This property was beautiful and perfectly located for our family. Quick bike ride to Arnold’s or the beach and right near the Red Barn and all of our favorite places! Baby slept amazing in the master bedroom and Danielle had a pack and play ready for us. Lovely home that we feel lucky to have stayed at! Comfortable Home with Everything You Need

Great Cape Cod home! This house was perfect for our family of four. The home was very clean and tidy. No clutter and not a crumb anywhere. Bed linens and towels were very nice and a helpful addition if you don't want to bring your own. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, knives, ice cube trays. The location is perfect. Private and very quiet at the end of a long driveway. You aren't far from anything: National Seashore, Rt 6 restaurants, grocery store, Eastham bay beaches, CC Rail Trail. All three sleeping areas have air conditioning. The living room/kitchen does not, but we got a nice breeze in the evenings by opening the windows and slider. A wonderful week!

Couldn't ask for better on the Cape

We had a wonderfully comfortable stay in Danielle's home: spotlessly clean and perfectly located for exploring the outer Cape (Eastham, Truro, Wellfleet, Provincetown) but also Orleans, Chatham, Brewster. Very tranquil spot to return home to. We'll definitely return in future summers.

Cape Cod Enjoyment

This comfortable and spacious home with modern TVs and appliances is nestled in shady treed property. It is close to the beaches at the ocean and bay as well as walking and bike trails. You can cook or barbecue at the home and also have access to nearby restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend this home to anyone.

The best house & experience on the lower cape!

The house is gorgeous and so clean. I love the cape decor and little touches too (hello cape code tissue holders). The house is close to the ocean and bay. We even had a 20 person clam bake in the backyard. The host is so nice and responsive. The check in process was easy and efficient. We already booked a week for next year. What a great way to end the summer!

Great Cape Cod Place to stay at!

Very enjoyable stay at this greatly located house! All of us enjoyed comfortable sleeping quarters and a lovely outside area to sit and enjoy a good book and cup of coffee. The house is located within a few miles of the beach and close drive to Provincetown. Highly recommend the property and hope to stay there again sometime!
