3 BR, 2 bath single level home on private road---close to beaches and bike trail

You will completely enjoy your stay at this lovely old cape cod home, set back on a beautiful grassy lot on a private road in Eastham. This home has 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a queen sized bed, small private bath, and a sliding door to the back yard and outdoor shower. One of the alternate bedrooms also has a queen sized bed, while the third bedroom is a bunk room with twin bed (weight limit: 160lbs.) above and double bed below.

The common bathroom is conveniently located off of the main hallway of the house. And if it is an outside shower that you would prefer, as stated earlier, we have that too! Your Cape Cod stay would not be complete without showering in this beautiful outdoor environment.

The kitchen of this home was recently remodeled and is fully equipped with appliances and all of the service and cookware you will need for your stay.

Also…we have Wi-Fi!! Directions for use are found on-site in the binder found on the kitchen table and on the card found on the television console. The livingroom houses a large screen television and access to streaming TV and movie selections. There is NO CABLE TV at this rental...but, that’s not why you are here! This home is in close proximity to several beaches and the outdoor environment of this property will certainly make your stay most memorable!

Although this residence has AC you will likely wish to spend the day in the outdoors! Access to the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail is within 1/4 mile and your choice of several beaches are all within a short distance as well!

And, if you don't feel like leaving the property, this large yard is ideal for lounging around. There is plenty of outside seating and a wonderful hammock under the trees. The property is on a private, quiet cul-de-sac which makes it ideal for families with young children. Children will love to visit the chickens housed in a backyard coop, the bunnies in the backyard hutch, or ride their bicycles on this quiet street.

If you are up for entertaining, there is a gas grill and outdoor lighting. Propane is provided for the grill and many condiments are found in the kitchen refrigerator. If "eating in" isn't your thing, visit any one of the many nearby restaurants! Information regarding local "eats" are provided.
