'This was our first time staying at this hotel, it's been years since we've been to Ocean City and the first time together as a couple. The hotel was clean and the staff we excellent. 'Dorothy and her mom was very nice and helpful. Expedia you all dropped the ball big time. The GM that was on duty Tuesday made no attempt to address my concerns or even talk to me and Declan who was another manager not on site made no attempt to address my concern.
