« The front desk lady was so sweet. She was very welcoming. However the room was dirty but it was late and we had an early appointment. There’s mold or something on the box spring. All along the sides. The toilet had old urine and stool On the seat and under the lid. The shower had hair on the walls and the floor had whatever that was on the bathroom area floor. I don’t know. « Well our room had no heat. The poor girl working was so stressed out. The maintenance man and her were so amazing and found us a room that had better heat. However, we were just in town for the game so only here one night. The hotel does need a lot of work done. But not bad for the price and just one night. »

« The hotel was a bit far from Michigan Stadium, with shuttle options not covering the Hotel, you had to walk 15 to 20 minutes to get to another hotel to hop on the shuttle bus. Overall the hotel experience was great, very clean, very nice, breakfast was good »

« Experience was great until the hotel started doing work on the terrasse next to the pool - had to use a hammer head to break the concrete. Needle to say the noise and dust was unbearable. Ran back to my room and checked out immediately. I understand work has to be done, but by the outside pool in the middle of the summer ??? Not acceptable not to inform customers before hand. »
