'This was a wonderful location for our family and dog to stay. The home was beautiful and the beach was lovely as well. It is quite a hike to the beach but there was a handy wagon there for our stay that we used to take things out to the beach. '

Plenty of great views and lake access, along with room for our off-road vehicles (3) in the massive driveway. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a getaway in the Secord, Gladwin, Houghton areas. '

'Frank and Jennifer are wonderful owners. They made our stay very pleasant.. if we had any questions they were quick to respond and took care of any situation that arose. Their home is beautiful and it met our needs completely. Thank you Frank and Jennifer.'

'Beautiful little cottage with an amazing view. Bring your fishing rods. We caught some fish on Lake Van Etten. We swam in the water which was nice. There are stairs to get in and out of the water and when you go out towards the middle of lake the bottom is sand. Bring a roku stick as cable is provided. Washer and Dryer. Large kitchen. Plenty of pillows, sheets, blankets, towels etc. The hosts are wonderful! P.S. the train comes 2x at night.'

'Your rental home is amazing. I have stayed at many houses on the lake front and yours is the best for the price. I didn’t even need to walk outside to see the beautiful Lake Huron. The house itself is so charming and warm, well maintained. Everything I could need for a week away from home was provided. The new couch is super comfy. I was worried that the other 3 rentals would be bothersome but there is definitely enough room for all of us to have our privacy. Very close to shopping and church. I...
