Nous avons spécifié à notre arrivée de nettoyer la chambre le lendemain, mais cela n'a pas été fait. C'est pourtant bien indiqué à la réception. Il nous a fallu chercher des serviettes propres et du savon le soir en rentrant à 22 heures. Le petit déjeuner a été dévalisé par une dizaine de jeunes enfants sans surveillance aucune qui s'amusait à se servir de tout sans ne rien manger. Ils occupaient toutes les tables du fond. Aucun manager, ni réceptionniste ne leur ont rien dit. Nous, les autres clients n'avons rien eu à manger.

2e arrêt à cet endroit en 2 semaines; premier soir un lundi 95$ Et deuxième un samedi 125$. Suite très agréable, bon lit king et tranquille. Déjeuner inclu. Environ 15 minutes de Destiny Mall. Tapis dans les corridors sales à certains endroits. Bien pour le prix!

We had a disappointing experience on the first day of our stay. Room needs to be renovated, wasn’t particularly clean. The toilet in one bedroom was not working, and no lights. Reported to front desk, maintenance did not repair. The next morning went to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. Initially told they didn’t have a room to move us to. After breakfast spoke to the mgr again, and we were moved to another room. I’ve said it before but it seems when we book thru Expedia the room given are not up to standard. I believe this should be checked and inspected by by Expedia

The property is decent. It smells clean and fresh in both the hallway and our room as we walked in. Despite this, it needs some upgrades. The sofa is old or worn out; In our opinion, it needs new upholstery. The door lock at the back of the building is broken Anyone can get in and out in the property.

Old and falling apart. I stayed here last August and from then until now is much worse. There was such a toxic cleaning smell coming from one of our rooms and I literally became nauseous and got a headache. Very doubtful I’d stay here again.

There was no additional clean linen for the pull out bed. The property should either invest in additional linen. Or the manager should review reservations to ensure that linen has been washed to offer guests. When I checked in the staff were reading and laughing at negative reviews they’ve received. This was highly unprofessional. I didn’t allow it to set the tone for my stay, but to then learn there was no additional “clean” linen available reiterated the unprofessionalism.

The stay was really good but do not order the room service which is not on site, We ordered food that the person said would be 45mins which took 2hrs and when we called 3 times each person said they are 2 mins away . The fries were cold and half eaten, wings were supposed to be honey garlic were hot sauce with half of the sauce leaked onto the fries .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and the coffee was very good too. Pillows were available on the bed in a variety of thickness. And the price was very reasonable.

The place basically earned the three star rating it had; it was certainly adequate but not not in any way upscale, but again, that's a true review, not intended as a criticism; we would not hesitate to recommend the place - for its star class. We paid a quite high price for our stay, but that was because of the solar eclipse; I trust their regular price is much closer to what a place like this would normally command. The positives: property was fine, it was quiet, staff was very nice, and breakfast VG. Negatives: the sole under window heating unit in the bedroom didn't provide adequate heat for the bathroom or living area unless turned up too high for the bedroom, and the wastebaskets weren't emptied from the previous occupant.

We only stayed 1 night for the eclipse and did not use any of the additional amenities like pool or fitness room. Positives: the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very big. There was liquid hand soap in the bathroom instead of bars. Breakfast was pretty comparable to other continental breakfasts. Negatives: the hotel was very outdated and run down. The furniture looked like it was fun the 80s, the outlets were worn and did not hold plugs well, the heating system was noisy and worked my sun up through the night. The pull out couch was dirty and the mattress had no padding. It was unusable. Our room smelled like musty dog and there was a piece of dog chew toy or treat left in the floor (we did not have a dog with us.) With significant upgrades this could be a nice hotel but for the price we paid, I expected much higher quality.

I cannot really complain about the stay. The hotel looks clean and inviting when I checked in and our room was exactly as described. The breakfast was great, and had full options. I would not describe the area where the hotel to be located busy or bustling but that is perfectly fine if you have a car obviously. It was centrally located and only a few minutes away from most places we needed to see and visit. Overall, very inviting place for the short stay. Would stay there again if ever I am in Syracuse.
