'Beautiful clean lodging, with a very responsive friendly staff. It would be hard to recommend it to a friend,however, because the music and noise from the bar below our room made it nearly impossible to sleep until the bar closed.'

'Austin the General Manager went above and beyond for me. I was having a problem sleeping due to the noisiness of the in-room temperature control system. He sent out and bought a fan so I could have continuous airflow in the room without the use of the heating/cooling system. Thank you Austin for being so responsive to my needs!'

'Room could be cleaner as well as the inside. Elevator was disgusting. Grounds were good. Company who came to mow was very mean. Went after a dog with a weed eater. Blew dust close to me. I moved but they were very rude.'

'Property is beautiful. Accommodations are so nice. Even though the bedrooms are upstairs, the apartment is fully set up for anyone with mobility issues. Elevator and plenty of grab bars in the bathroom. Kirtland is a charming town. Location of this property is walkable to all the highlights of town '

'We chose this property for our granddaughter to enjoy the pool. There was an issue with the pool and they went above and beyond to make it possible for our granddaughter to enjoy the pool. I was extremely impressed to the prompt response we got to any. Questions we had before and during our stay. Wonderful people to deal with. '
