« My family and I spent three nights here; it was a perfect long weekend on the cape. The location is second to none—you can walk to the beautiful Sandy Neck Beach and lots of local stores nearby. The house is large enough for several kids and adults to have their space. The host was very responsive to all my questions. We’ll be back for sure. »

« What a view! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the excellent weather and spectacular view from the deck! The property is exactly as described - well-appointed, clean and cozy. Local restaurants are fabulous and we sampled several different ones. Everyone got outside to walk the beach and absorb the salt air. Janice is a lovely and responsive host :) »

« The property was accessible and my children enjoyed riding their bikes through the neighborhood. They took advantage of the very large backyard area too.We were a total of 8 individuals and it was more than enough space for our needs. The kitchen area contained cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc as well as a crockpot. I would definitely return for another stay. »

« Our family of four loved this cottage! Large windows and lots of light, and still very private. Pros: clean, lovely garden, lots of character, and a great pool. Cons: a few of the mattresses weren’t so great, and we had to pickup/drop off a house key (instead of keypad entry). Overall, we highly recommend! »
