'We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time at the property but definitely not the last. Everything was excellent from the short walk to the beach to the attached garage which allowed a place for the kids to play. The entire back yard is fenced in so there is plenty of room for the kids to roam and play as well. If I had to find a negative point it would be the temperature of the home itself. It is very hard to cool, which can be expected in extreme temps and lack of exterior shad but if...

'Stayed for the 2nd year in a row but this time stayed a full 7 days . Could not have asked for a better time or place. Just like last year it was perfect. Boating was great and so was the beach. Had family staying close by, plenty of place to park when they came to visit and enjoyed the outside grilling and beautiful patio. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back again soon!'

'The house was the perfect size and located close to St. Augustine. It looks like it is new and felt like it. Two items: The couch is not really a couch it's more like a daybed, not very comfortable for relaxing/watching TV. Also, it was the coldest night of the year and the heat did not go higher than 67 degrees. It was very cold. Owner came by the second and couldn't get it fixed. He stated he would have it fixed.
