'The Condo exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and close to our daughter’s apartment. My daughter had school two of the days we were there so those were our pool days. We had a great time meeting the neighbors and hanging out with them all day. There was a community get together last night that they invited us to, but we had other plans. 'Very close to the strip and a little over a mile from Allegiant Stadium. The house is cozy, has towels, and Mike was very responsive for my needs. The pool and lazy river is very nice as well. '

'I stayed here for the weekend of Beyoncé’s concert. Nice location, down the street from The Sphere, a few minutes drive from Allegiant Stadium, & close to many popular attractions. The place itself is perfect for solo travelers & it’s quiet, neat & equipped with your basic necessities. Check in & check out is easy. Sal is an excellent host, very nice & makes sure you’re good to go. Definitely staying here again on my next Vegas trip.'

The Signature in general is an excellent spot if you don't mind a short walk to the casino due to its location on the strip and the access you get to both the Signature private pool and the big MGM pool complex.
