This spacious and very homey residence was located on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood convenient to all amenities, highways, restaurants, shopping and local Airport. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was available include a dining room table that sat 10 and full stocked kitchen. The backyard was private where we could relax day or night. We enjoyed a user friendly fire pit.

We booked this home for a family wedding nearby. The host was great to work with- very responsive and helpful with clear instructions; check-in and out was easy. We had small children with us- a toddler/baby and the toys and amenities for small kids were amazing! We were a bit disappointed that there wasn't more to do in the surrounding area.

Home was exactly as expected and had plenty of space for our large group in town for a wedding. I extra appreciated the baby-friendly rooms and toys, it made traveling with an infant and young toddler so much less stressful than normal.

This is the place to stay!

This house is incredible! It is both gorgeous and the perfect place to vacation/staycation/host friends and family at for local events. The amenities are above and beyond and you truly feel at home (if your home is a pristine and thoughtfully decorated). My friends and I are so happy we found this gem and are figuring out the next time we can find an excuse to get together here!

Fabulous home from home

We were visiting the area for a Wedding and this was a fabulous base for us to relax and unwind. The home was well stocked for hosting a large group and had everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating and happy to help make our stay comfortable. Absolutely loved it and would change nothing.

Family friendly home in New Haven area

My family stayed at the house fora reunion with our CT family. It was perfect for our needs. The house is large and is set up for large groups. Chris was very communicative before the check-in which help make for a smooth stay. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great Stay!

We were in New Haven for a Yale graduation and this home was a big win! We were only 12 minutes from campus and it was great to come back to a clean and spacious home to relax. The house is just as it’s pictured and Chris was excellent to rent from. We would definitely recommend for groups staying in New Haven!

Cousin reunion

We loved our stay at this house. It was a perfect place for two families with tweens/teenagers! Lots of space to spread out - it feels even bigger than the photos suggest. The house also has incredible light with a lovely yard and views. It's an easy walk to beautiful Lighthouse Point Beach. The kitchen is fully stocked too.

Perfect Everything! We rented the property to bring my parents back to CT for a mini family reunion. We could not have picked a better place! The host was amazing and incredibly responsive. The house was spotless! Location quiet, peaceful but convenient to everything. We would definitely rent again.

Yale Football Family Reunion

This property was perfect for a multi-generational family reunion. The open and comfortable layout was ideal for group meals and after dinner games. The location is amazing. Walks to the Lighthouse was a daily occurrence and easy access to grocery stores. Very convenient to New Haven (5 miles) but quickly out of the 91/95 traffic. Chris is a great host. Had lots of great recommendations that made our stay comfortable and memorable.

Chris was an amazing and helpful host. We had everything we needed. He called and offered to help in any way…even giving many suggestions for restaurants and sites to see. Very responsive to any questions we had! Home was perfectly appointed and immaculately clean
