'Pros..very clean and well stocked. Cons..pics are VERY inaccurate. The property is getting very run down. The back porch is unusable due to wood rot and a scary bandaid they used. Roped off 2 areas. The big issue is the bedroom doors are see through glass! No privacy and the master is a split barn door. Also there are plenty of beds but only 2 bathrooms and one small couch to watch tv. The attic room had a futon but it was ripped and dirty. The house inside does NOT look like the photos. Paint...

'Stayed in town a couple of days to get in some rest and relaxation. I’d recommend to stop browsing and choose this property if you’re staying a few days or longer in Flagstaff. The kitchen is stocked, the living room and open concept space is a good size yet cozy at the same time. The neighborhood was very quiet. I work night shift and could sleep through the day, there is a road nearby bu,t the traffic is light. I’d stay again if the opportunity arose. '

'Jane's property is new, clean, roomy, and well-appointed. 4 adults and 3 kids were very comfortable and we didn't even use one of the bedrooms. The kids room with bunks, kids play area, and arcade games were total hits with the little ones. The roomy kitchen and hot tub were hits with the adults. 'The houses were perfect for our family’s needs with people traveling in for a wedding, with two houses side by side and a patio between. For accessibility, the top house had no stairs. Both house have a first floor master with bathroom. They do have traditional bathtubs. The hosts kindly rushed to allow us to check-in one hour early, prior to our rehearsal start time. The houses were reasonably clean. The communication in the day of check in was great! Communication between the reservation date...
