'Check in was slow, there were lots of people hanging around outside smoking weed, the room door didn’t close completely so you had to lock it just to keep it closed and the bathroom had used towels and wash clothes hanging in the bathroom.'

'Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place'

'Not a great place. Basic amenities in a not so great area outside Richmond. You get what you pay for…bed was clean. Towels were barely towels. Front desk was behind a plastic barrier….not a great sign when you first walk into the lobby. Clerk seemed annoyed that I was checking in.'

'The beds were comfortable a little small but its durable the rooms weren't bad at all.'

'Staff was dusgusting. Didnt hsbe our room ready at 4 pm and saud they were going to get one ready. 39 minutes later no update on room. No place to sit in lobby to wait. So went out to dinner. When we came back they said rhey had no rrom avaiäable and cancelled our ressrvation. Would not stsy there if they paid me.'

'Hotel management told me that the TV service was not working and that the weather was the reason. After finding out that other customers had TV to watch, I found out that the module in the TV for my room was ripped out. He was very dishonest with me'
