« The room was what you would expect for a discount motel chain. No issues there. The problem we had was the pipes in the bathroom burst overnight, so we awoke to a completely flooded bathroom and bathroom area. The front desk's way of helping us was giving us a key to use another room's bathroom, but at that point, we just wanted to get out of there, wet luggage and all. We are still waiting days later to hear back from the manager about the incident. »

« Statues at Willowbrook and the room was upgraded and super clean and the jacuzzi tub was the star of the show. Huge bathroom as well. Loved the balcony to get fresh air. I thought all the indoor amenities listed were included in our stay but only the pool & hot tub were the rest you have additional costs for. But was super convenient not having to go far for all the activities. Staff went above and beyond for us! Over all we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely go back again. »

« We had a very good stay at the Baymont for two nights. The common areas and especially our room were very clean. The staff was great and very polite. The Lounge was great to visit for the food, the drinks, and the bartenders. The property is definitely a bit dated and if you get a hot tub room just be aware there isn't a wall between the bathroom and the bedroom, just a shower curtain on either side of the hot tub. »
