'I enjoyed the mineral pools very much. The food in the restaurant was quite tasty, with fast service. The only negative is that I booked a two night stay, but had a medical emergency and left early the morning after arrival, and when I asked hotel staff if I could be re-embursed for the next night, they told me they couldn't do anything, i had to contact Expedia. 'Found blood on the bed sheets in my room. Tried to inform front desk over the cellphone help line they used, no answer. Left a review for management to see, no answer. Told the staff upon checkout, she thought I meant that I had left blood there and said it's okay, then finally understood that there was blood on the sheets before I got there and said she'd send bonus points my way. Bonus points of 3000 after not receiving any other answer seems to downplay how gross that way.'
