This beautiful property is a 3,850-square-foot home with eight bedrooms, four bathrooms, and accommodations to house 25 people comfortably. Other highlights include two decks, a fireplace, a grill, a fully equipped kitchen, HDTV, as well as all linens, bedding, and disposable products included with your rental. The expansive lawn also has a playground system and a comfortable seating area, which extends from the home that is decorated in a Ralph Lauren Northwoods style. This home is located just off the snowmobile trail system, offering hundreds of miles of groomed trails from your front door. It is also located within a few minutes of downtown Eagle River for all your shopping needs, and within 10 minutes of the Nicolet National Forest and its over 650,000 acres of hiking and biking trails. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. This home is intended for family gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m and are strictly enforced. Noise violations will result in eviction. All reservations require a copy of the rental terms be reviewed and signed within 72 hours of booking. All events exceeding the maximum occupancy require written request and approval from Vacasa.
