Chambres d'hôtes de rêve à Durban

« Personnel au top et chambre propre »

« Stay away from this property! I honestly don’t know how this lodge got its 4 stars. The way this lodge treats its guests is not worth even one star. We were given a shabby room, which clearly used to be a shed before. The parking space is so narrow that a taxi was asked to park within 30 cm from the door opening to our room, which implied that my family had to squeeze themselves through the opening. The management was immediately notified but ignored my wife’s request to move the taxi. Only when...

« It was a nice stay, i can recommend it to other people. »

« Really clean b&b, with nice rooms and living place. Good QpR. I recommend. »

« Great New find. Loved this little haven literally 5 mins walk from the beach through what felt like a door to a secret garden. Thank you. »

« I stayed at Southey House for two nights and it was a very nice stay. The room was clean and spacious and had a refrigerator and water, coffee and tea. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, oats, yogurt, fresh fruit, and more. The bed was very comfortable and had a nice and varm duvet. The room however was a bit cold the whole time (in beginning of July), so when staying in the room it was best to stay in bed. The guesthouse is located in a safe and there...

« Very central, close to shopping and restaurants »

« We were fine, just plates for microwave too big, no knifes and forks, no spoons if needed in the room, freezer was full of ice blocked, safe key issue, toilet was leaking, had to put towels on floor otherwise all good for better future, management was helpful thank you »

« Idéalement situé entre Umhlanga et Durban pour un séjour de quelques jours. Accueil chaleureux, très bonnes indications de Heidi pour la visite de la région avec une documentation très utile. La chambre Desert Rose est très bien aménagée et spacieuse avec pour se relaxer, une belle piscine entourée du jardin. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse au bord de la piscine est varié avec une cuisine à la minute. »

« Wonderful welcome from James lovely property with such a magnificent view from the room and bath tub . Great host and conversation with breakfast a real treat . »

« Rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful. Centered on front of the beach. »

« Un bon établissement mais un peu cher en termes de rapport qualité prix. Très bon petit dej, les proprios irlandais sont adorables. Quartier tranquille, en dehors du centre de Durban. On conseille le resto Joop's place qui sert des viandes absolument divines : les proprios connaissent l'adresse. »

« Eagle Wind Manor provides charming and quaint accommodation in a gracious old house at the top of Botha’s Hill - convenient for both Hillcrest and Kearsney College. The beds were amazing - great mattresses and pillows, better than many top hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was cleaned and refreshed daily and the tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries were generous. The property is immaculately maintained by both gardening and household staff but it is not modern by any means and could...
