Our 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom condo is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's historic tourist district. The townhome is just 2 blocks from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Historic Main Avenue with its seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries. This fully-furnished, three-bedroom town home is stylish, comfortable and in the middle of all things Durango. The townhome features a private upper deck balcony with views along with a modern kitchen and cool furnishings throughout. There is one assigned parking space in front of the townhome garage (no garage access). Additional vehicles can be parked on 3rd or 4th avenue (no meters).
