'This property was one of dirtiest hotels we have experienced. We booked two nights with them, but we didn’t stay there because when we arrived we noticed how unkempt the outside was kept, trashy and landscaping needed a lot of work. We then asked to see our room, which needed some serious attention. The carpet looked like it had been there since the seventies, looked very dirty and the bathrooms were in dire need of repair and cleaning. I would not recommend staying at this property! 'I have stayed here many times and for the price you really can’t complain. However, we only had two bath towel towels, one washcloth and no soap. I tried to get in touch with the staff, but they did not answer so I just went to the dollar store and bought what I needed. Again for the price it can’t be beat. Just know you’re not in a Hilton.'

I went for a little birthday vacation, being from out of town I had a few ideas of what I could do but the front desk check in staff was super helpful as well and gave me a lot of ideas for fun things I could do! 'This is crack central. Dangerous for alone travelers. I was afraid in the parking lot. Avoid this place like the plague. When I checked in I saw the condition of the office and I knew how the room would be. I asked for refund and was told Expedia would contact the owners for a refund. 'We had a nice 3 night stay at the Maryland Inn. The property was well maintained and we enjoyed the historic elements of it. I did use the provided hairdryer which blew a fuse to our room. They fixed it promptly, but our power subsequently went out 3 more times despite us not using anything. Each time they took care of it and did offer a new room if it continued.
