Inside, the home has been completely reimagined with warmth and style. The stunning kitchen features brand new floors, cabinetry, sink, and appliances, as well as a large island crafted from reclaimed wood from the original home—an inviting centerpiece that adds both character and functionality. Whether you are preparing a gourmet meal or enjoying local takeout, this space is fully equipped for comfort and creativity.

The adjacent eat-in nook and formal dining area flow naturally into the bright living room, where newly upholstered furniture and soft lighting create the perfect place to unwind after a day of tasting. Just off the kitchen, a small deck shaded by a mature apple tree offers a quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of Pinot in the evening. The Wayside is dog-friendly, with a fully fenced yard that allows your four-legged companions to explore safely. Family items, including baby gates, high chairs, pack n plays, yoga mats, air mattresses, and outdoor games such as bocce ball and croquet, are available to rent upon request.

Important Things to Note:
• We welcome up to two (2) dogs, with a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog.
• Dogs are the only pets permitted unless otherwise approved. If you would like to bring a cat, you must receive prior approval from both the homeowner and property manager. If approved, a $300 non-refundable fee plus taxes and fees will apply.
• The two storage sheds and garage are reserved for private use and not available to guests.
• Family items, including baby gates, high chairs, pack n plays, yoga mats, additional kitchen appliances, and outdoor games, are available to rent upon request.
• VRBO will collect the guest service fee first, and the remaining reservation payment will be processed separately by our property management team.
