Very flexible with check in time (especially as my husband had finished an overnight shift and was able to chd k in earlier to allow him time to sleep). House was very comfortable and clean was able to accommodate a party of 8 really well. As we also cooked at the house we had most utensils and pots and pans available (a few extra pots/pans for big groups would be beneficial)....
