'Wow! A wonderful stay that exceeded expectations in every way! The owners and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The Alpindestel two bedroom apartment we booked was perfect for our family of five with a beautiful Mountain View from the master bedroom. The room was super clean, newly remodeled, and absolutely perfect. The optional breakfast is a must with tasty samplings from local farms and bakeries. As a bonus the owners spoke excellent English which made things a bit easier for us...

'Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt oberhalb des Schliersees sehr genossen. Die steile Hanglage bescherte Ruhe vom betriebsamen Ort Schliersee bei gleichzeitig schnell erreichbarem Bahnhof, Läden und Wanderrouten (auch ohne Auto). Der Ausblick war traumhaft, ebenso wie die Nachbarschaft (Gastgeberfamilie, Kühe, Natur). Wir kamen erholt zurück und bedanken uns sehr!'

'This is a very special place! The apartment is so cozy and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. The view of the mountains from the living room windows is amazing. It's a perfect location to enjoy Mittenwald. Everything in this charming town is an easy walk and the host is very helpful. We loved our stay and highly recommend it!'

"De omgeving is geweldig, bedenk wel dat het hotel bij een drukke weg ligt (aan de andere kant van het riviertje op de foto). Dit verrastte mij. Het zwembad was klein, maar leuk voor de kinderen om even te zwemmen . Een aantal van de personeelsleden van het restaurant deden leuk met onze kinderen. Zoals ze hun handtekening laten zetten onder de bon en hun naam roepen als ze ze zagen. Fijn dat er op loopafstand supermarkten zijn. Wat tegenviel was dus de drukke weg, het uitzicht en soms te weinig parkeerplaatsen."
