Located on the 1st floor of a small residence in the charming village of Duingt, less than 600 metres from the lake and cycle path, and just 15 minutes by car from Annecy and 30 minutes by bike along the lake, this apartment is ideal for a peaceful rest.

You will find local shops and restaurants nearby.

Situated 50 minutes from ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and 1 hour 15 minutes from Méribel and Courchevel stations, the location is perfect for summer hikes and a day of skiing in winter.

Hikes are available in Duingt, suitable for adults and children, where you can enjoy a pleasant countryside atmosphere during the day and discover the city of Annecy in the evening.



The mandatory extras in addition to the nightly rate are:

- Cleaning (price per property) is automatically included in the booking

- Bed and towel linen (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.



We want you to fully enjoy your holiday, for this between each traveller the cleaning and beds are made.



Upon arrival, if there is a change in the bed configuration that was not previously communicated to the agency, there will be a charge of 30 euros for the service.



Housekeeping and linen rental are two mandatory extras:



Housekeeping includes:

- cleaning floors, surfaces and windows

- cleaning the bathroom and sanitary facilities

- disinfection of the accommodation



The housekeeping does not include:

- washing, drying and storing dishes

- arranging furniture and housing equipment

- removing foodstuffs from the refrigerator



The beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person.
