Welcome to your spacious and cozy home only a block from downtown Dubuque's best shops, restaurants, nightlife, and tourist attractions! Walk to the Fenelon Elevator and Five Flags Center! With three inviting bedrooms, five beds, and a full sized air mattress, this charming house comfortably accommodates 8 guests(9 with the full sized air mattress, making it the perfect choice for family gatherings, group getaways, girl trips or work-related trips. There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor. We have a great fenced in backyard with a fire pit. Fully stocked kitchen so you can make meals at home, along with a gas grill. We have a washer and dryer on the first floor. There is free off street parking for 2 cars in the driveway. (Please park single file) We have a pack n play and high chair available at the property for those traveling with small children. Don’t forget to checkout the beautiful Mississippi River Walk and museum or take a hike at the Mines of Spain or Swiss valley. We are also close to Sundown Mountain(if you like skiing/snowboarding), and Field of Dreams movie site. Galena is only 15 mins away so our place is a great location if you want to see what Dubuque and Galena both have to offer.

The home was clean and had all the essentials provided plus a few bonus items. When asked about a baby gate the owner purchased one for the home. Some games/activities were provided which was nice. The listing stated sleeping space in living room as a futon but was really only a couch so one adult had a less comfortable rest. The upstairs was significantly warmer than the main level even with fans running and shades closed. We visited in July when it was in the 90’s so maybe as an older home it couldn’t keep up. Appreciated information provided of events going on and places to visit. Also quick replies to questions.

This property is very centrally located to downtown and is an easy walk to the bars and restaurants nearby. We stayed with two other couples for a UD game. Extremely clean, comfortable, lots of amenities and extras in the kitchen, linens/towels, etc. We were able to seat 6 at the table and play cards, close enough to walk to many things but rainy weather limited us. Would absolutely stay here again.

My friends and I recently stayed at Troy and Stacy's wonderful home in Dubuque and had a great time. The house is perfectly located within walking distance of downtown restaurants, shops, etc. and there are plenty of beds and sleeping space. Would highly recommend staying at Troy and Stacy's house if you find yourself in Dubuque and want a great, central location to do some exploring!
