Villa Hedera VIII is located in the rural part of Dubrovnik, in the village of Orasac, only 15-20 minutes’ driving from Dubrovnik. Its location is perfect for guests who wish to relax and enjoy while on vacation, far from the city noise, but still within an easy reach. This 3 bedroom villa has a swimming pool and spectacular views to the Adriatic and island of Kolocep.



The private pool and large terrace with lounge seats, an outside dining table for 8 people and a BBQ are the best part of the house. The sunbeds by the swimming pool are a perfect spot under the sun for a lazy afternoon, all that within a privacy of your vacation home. The view of the sea and Elaphite islands from the terrace and two bedrooms are absolutely amazing and unforgettable.



The house is made of two floors. The ground floor consists of the entrance hall, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining room and living room where the sofa bed is located. One flight of stairs leads up to the first floor where 3 bedrooms can be found.

The outside dining area with BBQ is a perfect spot to enjoy evening meals and relax by the swimming pool. The local supermarket is approximately 500 meters away from the villa and its open 7 days a week during summer season. The nearest beach is called Hawai Beach, famous for its crystal clear water is and restaurant which are 1,6 km away, less than 5 minutes by car. The nearby resort, Dubrovnik Sun Gardens offers many bars, restaurants, shops, a wellness and beaches, which is less than 10 minutes’ driving from the property.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case the villa has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the villa for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
