Azure Oasis Apartment with Old City Views

With an effortless step onto your balcony, you can gaze into an endless indistinct horizon of blueness that is interrupted solely by the historical walls of the Old Town and your slice of Heaven on Earth – Island of Lokrum.
Please feel free to indulge yourselves in morning routines of drinking complimentary coffee while experiencing these postcard views. Dubrovnik is known as the Pearl of the Adriatic, and we will put our efforts together to pledge creation of everlasting memory from your balcony.

Our 42 square meters one bedroom apartment is situated on Ploce; premium location with magnificent Dubrovnik City Walls and sea view from the balcony. Take a romantic walk reaching the Old Town in no time (its actually 8 minutes).
This apartment (which will be at your exclusive use) can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 twin single beds that can be put together, kitchen with dining table, living room and a large balcony.
Apartment is equipped with free high speed Wi-Fi access, SAT TV (that you won't have time to watch anyway), flat screen TV and air-conditioning. There is a safe available, so you can store all your personal belongings and lock it with a password you create.

Kitchen is fully equipped; you can find kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and a stove top. Iron and ironing board are also available.

We'll provide you with a ‘Welcome pack' upon your arrival; a pair of slippers, some complimentary coffee, water, milk and sugar, 5 towels - 1 Beach towel, 1 large, 1 medium and 2 small towels are provided per person. Sheets and linen will be replaced with fresh ones every 4th day of your stay.
Public parking is available on the street above the apartment. Fees apply and no reservation is possible.
Apartment is perfect for 2 people. We can fit additional 2 persons in gallery, but please note reaching gallery can be challenging due to the low ceiling on top few stairs. We provided you with the floor plan, so you can see it as well.

Entire unit will be at your disposal exclusively; kitchen for testing your culinary skills, living room for socializing, a bathroom, and a balcony with furniture to enjoy the unforgettable views.
On your departure, if you need luggage storage after checkout, we will be able to organize that for you. The same applies for early arrivals.
If you are coming with your furry friend, we can accommodate it as well with additional fee of 30€ per day. Please contact me if you have any questions.

There are 3 apartments in total on the same address. If you are a larger group, please contact us for options. We can fit up to 12 people in total.
Should you require an airport transfer, we can arrange one with an English speaking driver.
Simply provide us with your flight details and we'll take care of the rest. You can rest assured that your driver will wait for you at the arrival terminal and will have your name written for easier recognition. Cost of this service is 45€ one way from the airport (or vice versa) for up to 3 people. Should you require a transfer for 4 or 5 people, service fee is 60€.
If you are travelling by car, we can arrange for limited self-parking offsite (20€/day) with delivery charge (20€/delivery). This service needs to be booked and reconfirmed with us in advance. Our garage is situated in Lapad neighborhood, 3,5 km away from the apartment. Please contact us in case you prefer self-parking for this offsite location.

Smoking is STRICTLY forbidden within the apartment. However, if you are a smoker, we have a designated area for smokers on the balcony.

Buses 5, 8 (local buses) and 10 (suburban) are operating through the street above the property.
Taxis are at your disposal 24/7 and Uber app works perfectly, but our recommendation is to take a walk, because you won't lose the walls away from sight during the walk towards the city.
