'We decided to rent one of these little cabins instead of paying the high priced hotels which they raise the prices. Because the local hotels get updates from the college on key events are going to happen.. we used to stay in the hotel in that area but moving forward, we will not we would rather give somebody that’s hard-working money. The process was perfect from the minute we booked and the communication was exceptional. Our host was very informative.'

'We stayed in ‘Alice’ and it was just fine for 2! It is small but quaint and very clean!! Location is away from any Stephenville traffic - easy to get to! Will be back! Owners communicated quickly prior to our stay. I think this place will be very popular!'

'This property is one cottage of many. We stayed in Cordelia which was in the very back of the property. Though it is a cottage community, privacy was not lacking. Perfect spot for a needed getaway.'

'We were delighted with this small, but well-thought out home. Four adults easily felt at home using the three bedrooms, we never had any issues with hot water or heat, as we were there during a very cold spell of temps in the upper 20s and 30s. As the driveway is not paved, I would recommend a dedicated place near the front door for shoes. Also, the batteries for the fireplace remote need replacing, as well as some lightbulbs in the lamps.
