Hôtel pas du tout conforme aux photos présentés.. chambre petite avec les toilettes collés à l’évier, salle de bain trop petite et balcon trop Petit aussi.. la vue n’as rien d’exceptionnel et le seul point positif est là piscine

Hôtel vétuste à besoin de grosse rénovation, Fuite dans la salle de bain, Trace d’humidité sur les mûres L’hygiène est déplorable ils ne changent pas non plus les draps, Et la formule vue sur la mer n’offre qu’une vue partiel sur la mer mais l’axe de la vie donne sur un terrain vague. rien d’un 5 étoiles le seul point positive c’est le personnel pour le reste aucun niveau d’exigence. Beaucoup de méduse sur la plage, et ne laisser rien traîner au balcon quand ils lavent les vitres extérieures le balcon est inondé

Un hôtel incroyable avec un personnel gentil et à l’écoute. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse lune de miel. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. L’hôtel possède une plage privé et la piscine est top ! Pourvoir être dans un endroit au calme pas très loin de la merveilleuse ville de Dubai C’est vraiment sympa. Merci pour tout !

Superbe mais changer la qualité du service plage
Cet hôtel est vraiment très beau et moderne avec une vue de folie sur la Palm. Le service de la réception et des hommes de mains sont excellent par contre le service du pool house et restaurant sont lent et désastreux !!! L’hôtel a eu pendant notre séjour des pannes d’eaux chaude soit peu appréciable alors que les fins de journée et soirée à dubai sont très fraîches.

L'établissement est très bien située étant donnée qu'il est au bord de la plage, le personnel était acceuillant, souriant et aimable. La propreté est top. Le seul point mitigé pour ma part serai à propos du déjeuné que je ne trouvais pas très riche sauf pour ce qu'il aime manger des viandes ou autre de ce genre qui était proposer.

L'établissement est juste magique sur le thème des pharaons ! très propre, des senteurs magnifiques à tous les étages, la salle de sport offre une vue extra sur Burg Al Arab, un des bars en roof top pareil... Surtout surtout le personnel au petit soin, nous avons jamais croisé quelqu'un sans nous saluer, les français devrait prendre exemple. vraiment. je recommande quand même de louer une voiture pour se déplacer c'est ce que nous avons fait. j'ajouterais que c'est un hôtel à taille humaine ce n'est pas l'usine des très grande tours où vous devez faire la chaîne pour prendre le petit déj.

Hotel eccellete con personale molto attento e super gentile. Mare con acqua bellissima e pulitissima, spiaggia molto curata. Consiglio più insonorizzazione delle camere e più ombrelloni in spiaggia. Molto gradita la presenza di acqua gratuita in camera e souvenir nel bagno aprrezzatissimi.

The property was really nice and clean. The staff was great. The only things were the hotel did not have anything for visitors to do while they were there. The full board only counted for the buffet and the food was not that great. And the selection of food was very limited. If we had known that full board was only for the buffet. We would have just purchased our food daily from the other restaurants inside the hotel.
