To ensure a smooth and pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

✔ Check-in: From 3:00 PM | Check-out: By 11:00 AM
✔ Passport Submission: Required 2 days before arrival
✔ No smoking inside the apartment (violation incurs a 2,000 AED fine)
✔ Pets: Allowed on a case-by-case basis (approval required, additional charges may apply)
✔ Cleaning Fees: Excessive mess will incur a 150 AED/hour cleaning fee
✔ Late Check-out Fees:
• 150 AED for check-outs between 11 AM – 1 PM
• After 1 PM, an extra night’s charge applies (unless pre-approved)
✔ Lost Keys/Access Cards: 300 AED replacement fee
