Hello, the rooms that are downstairs make a lot of noise. The balconoy door couldnt closed, so we heard everything from the street. We asked to change our rooms but they did not do that, we asked again the next day to place us next to our family at floor 7. But they places us at floor 2, the noise kept. We asked the next day again for floor 7 but they said come back in the weekend and we will move you. but they didnt because they said we will leave again in two days. So, we didnt change our room and we stayed for 7 days in the noise room and couldnt sleep at all.
Second point, when we say something at the reception they did not make notes. So, everyday we have to tell our story again because nobody takes care to notice.
In the room there was a watercooker and tea for only the first day, but the day after they remove everything. We asked for glass but nobody wanted give us a glass and said they didnt have it. They also didnt have tea, didnt have it.
The breakfast is everyday the same, there is no change.
The client was there but the socket was not the same, they didnt have a adapter and noboday cared to help. So, we couldt charge our phone or laptops. We had to charge our phone outside of the hotel everyday. Or we had to buy an adapter for 30 delham.
