Mon mari Donnie et moi vous souhaitons la bienvenue pour profiter du magnifique coucher de soleil dans cette maison d'hĆ“tes attenante Ć  la campagne. Asseyez-vous sur le pont en sirotant un cafĆ© ou dĆ©tendez-vous simplement Ć  la piscine (serviettes fournies) N'hĆ©sitez pas Ć  vous promener dans les bois Ć  la table de pique-nique et au foyer. Stop and pet sont des chiens coons amicaux (dans le chenil si vous le souhaitez. Faites des grillades sur notre barbecue Ć  gaz ou n'hĆ©sitez pas Ć  cuisiner dans la cuisine entiĆØrement Ć©quipĆ©e, nous sommes situĆ©s Ć  seulement cinq kilomĆØtres de Dry Ridge. 10 minutes de la rencontre avec l'Arche. Visite du MusĆ©e de la crĆ©ation (40 min). Kings Island, Newport Aquarium ou le zoo de Cincinnati tombent dans l'heure qui suit, nous sommes disponibles par tĆ©lĆ©phone ou par SMS Ć  tout moment.

I went to this property for a 2 night stay for Independence Day with my 8-year old son. Martha and Donnie were the most kind and welcoming hosts and truly went above and beyond. They did everything they could to ensure our stay was everything we wanted. Donnie and took my son for a side by side ride and they invited us with them to watch some local fireworks which were great. We enjoyed the pool, outdoor toys, and games provided by Martha and Donnie. We cannot wait for our next stay!

If this place is available for the dates you need, BOOK IT!! You WONT be disappointed! When I rent a place, I get an idea mixed with the pictures and Sunset Serenity matched it perfectly! The owners were so sweet and wonderful. There was so much to do and the kids absolutely LOVED having their own pool. From the pool, to the swings, to the fireplace, to the rooms, Sunset Serenity had an activity for morning, afternoon and evening. I honestly wish we had more time to stay. If we ever get back to KY, Sunset Serenity WILL be our choice to stay. I will definitely let everyone at home know about this cute, cozy (AC was relaxing for summer) home away from home!

The adults enjoyed the country setting; our son enjoyed the pool. While staying there, we visited The Creation Museum, and The Ark Encounter. The Ark Encounter is closer to this location. Bring your hotdogs and burgers, this place has a grill and fire pit.

Martha and Donnie were such wonderful hosts. Our 3 young kids felt so welcomed, we all did. Though the place shares a wall with the owners it felt so private. The pool in the back was the highlight for our girls and the beautiful spacious back yard. The indoor space was more than adequate for our family of 5 with comfortable beds and a well supplied kitchen that meet all our cooking needs.

We finally made the trip to Kentucky to see the Ark and the Creation Museum. We were so blessed to find this cute little VRBO. The owners were very welcoming and gracious. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the quiet. Tho this is in the country, it was close enough to Ark (10 minutes) and Creation Museum (45 mins). Also, several restaurants and stores.This little place had everything we needed for our quick getaway. We only wish we could have stayed a couple more days. Huge Thank You to D&M :) Hope to be back someday soon.

My husband and I had a very nice stay. I guess I didn't realize it was connected to another home so the walls were a little thin but other than that it was fine. The hosts were very hospitable and even left us some Christmas treats. I enjoyed painting a rock to leave behind from our stay.

Beautiful property- county setting. Itā€™s a home away from home with the nicest and kindest hosts. Beautiful road to take an early morning walk. Picturesque scenery that could be placed on a jig saw puzzle. Saw birds, deer and rabbits. No regrets, would stay here again!

Perfect location, this VRBO is attached to the owner's main house and on their property. The pool was amazing with floaties and toys for the kids, including life jackets if needed. The rooms were equipped with toys for the kids and games. It was perfect for our family of 4. It has a Keurig with coffee pods, there is a firepit outside, and outdoor games. The owners were kind and so lovely to converse with. The ARK Experience and Creation Museum were close and there was enough to do that we were happy and satisfied. We have bookmarked this property to stay at again when we are in the area.

Beautiful sunsets and rolling hills. We really enjoyed our visit and meeting the owners. It was a great get away to the country, enjoying the birdsongs, deer in the early evening, and watching the kids catch fire-flies. The ARK Encounter is only 15 minutes away, and we had a blast. Try the local eatery Beans Cafe and Bakery for some good bites.

We walked into a dated lodging that was attached to the main home. It was clean and filled with amenities. If you want an upscale place to stay, this is not for you. We got a little worried on our drive to the place, but once there felt right at home. We loved the big, huge spacious back yard with a see-saw and corn hole to play. Our 4 year old loved running in the grass and shooting the super soaker at the flies and other insects he saw outside. He and I put our feet in the big pool out back and I washed by clothes in the laundry room off the pool deck. There was only one bedroom with two beds - a queen and a twin - and a sofa to sit (the big closet in the bedroom did have a mattress that would fit on a portable frame if someone wanted to sleep in there). The lodging has a full kitchen with everything you need and one bathroom with plenty of towels. There was a nice swing to sit and take in some nature and also a nice fire-pit to make s'mores (ingredients provided. The host also provided lots of games and items to engage a little one (crayons, stuffed animals, books, etc.). Our engagement with Donnie and Martha made them feel like old friends we hadn't seen in a long time. They were so friendly and accommodating in every way. We would go back to visit our new "old" friends!

Martha's place was everything we were hoping for and morešŸ˜‰. The yard was beautifully manicured with blooming flowers of all varieties. Martha greeted us with smiles and info when we arrived and assured us she would be around if we needed anything. We liked the fact that we were away from the busy traffic but close enough for shopping. Nice, clean and Homey.
