'I had reserved 2 nights on 10/10 - 10/12. My sheets were dirty with stains. I don't think they even changed the sheets. Also, I could not get connected to wifi in my room on my laptop. I ended up only staying 1 night and drove back at 6AM on 10/11. First time ever staying there and won't come back.'

'Waited a while at front desk as no one was there to check us in. Once there, they were very friendly and helpful. I heard another guest complain that their door wouldn't close and lock. Our deadbolt wouldn't lock. They did give both of us different rooms. The shower in new room was dirty. The carpet wasn't clean. No hair dryer. Not too bad, just not good.'

'If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be.
I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. If you’re traveling solo, make sure to ask for a room that’s not adjoining. I did not feel safe knowing the person in the room next to...

'this stay has been absolutely unacceptable. The room is unbearably hot, and the air conditioner makes a loud noise every time it shuts off. On top of that, doors keep slamming and people are yelling and cussing in the hallway.
I paid for a comfortable room and a decent night’s sleep. I’m here for work, and I have only about six hours to rest. Instead, I’m considering sleeping in my truck because I can’t get any peace in the room I paid for. That is ridiculous.
This is my first stay with you,...

'The house, built 1870, would be a dream for children: candy, cookies, chocolate, muffins, candybars e v e r y w h e r e !!
Inside it has an extensive collection of all kind of odds and ends, which makes the house so cozy!
We stayed in the governer's room, a big room with a comfortable king bed.
You must not count on (daily) cleaning and making the bed, because both jobs won't happen. That was a bit disappointing, because we stayed for four nights and had expected that to happen. The room...
