« This location of the property is perfect for a visit to Asheville. One block off Biltmore ave so very close to everything but also quiet. This is a second floor unit and on the same level as the parking deck so you can enter and leave without using the stairs or elevator. This is a corner unit with a L shaped balcony. It is the largest balcony of all the units. Because it is L shaped and wraps around the corner there is always a shady side. We had neighbors with kids and we did not hear them...
