'Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu. Very good value for the cost.'

'We stopped here for a Spitfires game for our young fella and to be honest wasn’t expecting much - but we were incredibly pleasantly surprised!! This place is exceptional, easy to find, easy to access and staff instructions were friendly and easy to follow. This is a great stay! '

'Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...
