'The wifi sucks in there. If you have any device that needs to run on wifi or say example your phone is off and you need to text or u need hotspot etc, the wifi is extremely slow and poor. Their breakfast is only coffee in the morning. They do have a pool outside. The front desk agent was rude and shooed me away when i asked does the vending machines in the lobby take card. 'The room was absolutely terrible, the toilet was broken, bathroom door broken. The room did not feel clean at all and it definitely did not feel safe enough to sleep in.'

And they also had a wedding there that made it very unpleasant due to the wedding party was very loud and rude.'

'This lovely boutique hotel in Baltimore was an absolutely delight to stay at! Staff were so nice, lovely perfume spray when you walk; the decor was so adorable; the bed and room were wonderful and onsite amenities, coffee bar and rooftop bar and restaurant were superb! I wish it had been a little closer to inner harbor but all in all five stars!!'

'The location was not safe looking. The shower was not clean. The people looked like people who lived there or just hanging out. The manage allowed us to check out and promise he would refund my money for the three nights I did not stay. I have yet to receive my refund. I would not recommend any one to stay there until you bring in a team that will help with updating your facilities and stop allowing people to just hang out. You prices were great.
