This is about an hour away and is less than half the price of the hotels around Cooperstown so fit the bill. Convenient right off the highway. Room was clean. Small free breakfast, though very basic. 'The family above our room was banging on the floor and yelling ALL night and we couldn’t sleep. Tried calling the office and left a voicemail but no call back nor did they speak to family. Had to blast the A/C and TV to try and get sleep. When I checked out the following morning all they said was, “sorry”. Will not go back. Poor customer service'

'We had a wonderful stay here during our trip to Cooperstown Dreams Park. The room was updated, spotless, and very comfortable after long days at the ballpark. It was an easy 25-minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park and only about 15 minutes from the charming town of Cooperstown, making it a great location for both baseball and sightseeing. The property is exceptionally well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach and swimming area. It was the perfect place to relax...

'We loved staying in this big old mansion and appreciating how they built them in the old days. Jim and Susie are warm, friendly and accommodating hosts. The breakfast each morning was tasty and delicious. We got to really appreciate how nice Cherry Valley was when we went downtown to Cooperstown one night. What a horrible tourist town. It was nice to get back to Cherry Valley. We were there for the Glimmerglass festival which is very close and only a few minutes away.'

'The only places to stay around Glimmerglass are these small motels. This was a lovely surprise. The room was very clean and the owner is so nice. There is a nice backyard to this place that has a pavilion, a fireplace and games. Very family oriented.'

'Absolutely amazing stay!!! Paul ,the owner , is so attentive and has amazing customer service support. The staff kept our rooms super tidy. It was so helpful to have a toster, fridge and microwave in the room. They have a beautiful field in the back for space for our son to play catch and stretch. Highly recommend to all families to stay here. Only 8 minutes away from dreams field.'
