'My flight got cancelled so i had to book a room for a night. The pictures online make it seem so updated and modern. So I reserved this hotel. In reality, the hotel is old and outdated. It looks like they are trying make renovations, but its not even close. The hotel is dark and smells like musty carpets. The dining area was presentable, but the waitresses were not friendly. It was almost if I was bothering them when I asked what was good the eat. The food itself was ok but nothing great...

When I asked for a printout of the bill they said I had to get it from Expedia, they couldn’t give me one. How do I get a copy of the bill?'

'Poorly maintained facilities, air condition was broken as well shower head don’t work. Complain about problem. Was told they will fix it. But for our three days of stay, despite complaining every day, no one came and fix the shower or air condition.'

'My day was pretty great stayed for the holiday. The only thing I can say I did not like was how disgusting the indoor pool was. There was a whole layer of oil floating at the top when I tried to get in and I immediately got out to go shower because of how disgusting it was.'

'I have stayed at this particular hotel before. It’s normally quiet and clean and the personnel that work the desk are always polite. On this stay I was given a room for people with disabilities. I didn’t like it but the stay was okay.'

'The rooms & bathroom were larger than some of the newer hotels. The rooms & bedding looked clean & smelled clean. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Having a small refrigerator & microwave was nice. The rooms looked like they were recently renovated. It was easy to get to and from I 95. The breakfast was above average. The only negative was the hotel restaurant. We wanted to eat there, it took 20 minutes for the waiter to take our order, while waiting we saw him outside talking to...

'By far 1 of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to in a minute. Each glass and dish was wiped down to perfection. Called the front desk 1 time for more sheets and they were there in 30 seconds. I said well d***! lol. Great service. Just let people know that parking is additional instead of just charging cards.'

'I actually love this spot for the most part. However, the space is shared. And guess which some appear to be permanent residents. I noted this from faces from one stay to the next. It appears some guests weren't happy with things going on in general. Because I overheard teo parties talking openly about residents. Which is true people smoking is one thing.However loitering in front makes the establishment appear tacky and ghetto. It gives cheap prices nice amenities people can easily stay. I...

'Had to do a late check in, was given a room that had water leaking, smelled extremely musty and the floors were wet. Never had such an experience. Had to move rooms again late at night and the staff was barely apologetic. I do not understand how such a room could be rented out especially when the assumption is that rooms are checked and cleaned before giving out to someone. Would not recommend. Mold exposure is not what I expect from a paid hotel stay.'
