This level also includes one double bedroom with its own access to the terrace and a satellite TV. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with an exit leading to the terrace. A shower, bidet, and WC are also located on this level. Upstairs, there is an additional room with two beds and a satellite TV, along with another shower, bidet, and WC.
