« This property does a good job adding charm, but at the end of the day it’s still an old renovated motel. Cleanliness could definitely be improved—we dealt with gnats during our stay and even spotted a small roach. If you’re assigned Room 5 or 24, be prepared. Both rooms are extremely small and located right next to the ice machine. « La cuisine était très mal équipée. Nous avons dû acheter des verres à vin et des couteaux. Il n'y avait pas de petites assiettes et aucune spatule. La machine à café était défectueuse. Elle a été remplacé par une autre aussi défectueuse. NOus avons dû prendre le café au Publix. Nous sommes arrivés tard ce qui explique peut-être la réception très froide que nous avons reçu. « Everything was great. The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were kind and helpful. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and each time was great. I enjoyed the 3 bars that the hotel offers and the non-alcoholic options offered as well. »

« I showed up and was given a standard room when I purchased a suite. Went down once we found a working elevator and was told our room was overbooked. Put into another room for the night which consisted of a jackhammer for 24 hours until we moved again and then jack hammers for about 12 hours out of the day. Was promised a comped night stay, no resort fees or parking. I have not received anything, they couldn’t even give me a guarantee it would happen when I checked out. I will never stay there...

« Tried to get into our room at 4 pm check in and room was not available until 5:30. Dinner reservation at 6 pm and early 11 am check out. Not very relaxing overnight, no time to chill before dinner and then early night. »
