'The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was great, sent check in information promptly. We just couldnt get the fireplace to work. It would be great to have a binder with directions for clean up, fireplace, wi-fi, and things nearby with a map. Service is very spotty when out exploring. Plan accordingly! '

'All of the closets were locked. We had no where to hang up our suits and dresses. We were there for a wedding. Also, the tv in the main family room wouldn’t work. They said it was new and no one knew how to program it. '
