'The hotel is a little dated and, at least in winter, mostly frequented by elderly couples. The staff were friendly and the rooms were standard but adequate. The hotel is a pleasant 15-minute walk away from the old town of Piran, but the hotel provides an excellent free shuttle service. The breakfast was subpar; many of the items looked past their prime.
