'This was the worst experience we have ever had with a hotel booked through Expedia. We made the booking around 9:00 p.m. that evening, with payment authorized at 9:51 p.m. We arrived just before 11:30 p.m., which was still within the hotel's stated check-in hours, only to find that the office was already closed. We immediately called the hotel's listed phone number multiple times, but no one answered. With no way to check in, we had no choice but to leave and drive another hour down the road...

'Room was a bit run down (needs paint, regrouping etc) but the beds were clean, shower was hot and seemed rather quiet area. The upstairs suites got a bit loud but we were still able to sleep thru it. Would use them again for a ball tournament.'
