'Hotel staff are excellent! They provided us with local recommendation sheet, all speak English. Before we went out, they offered us water and mask (on windy days). They are also willing to answer any questions we had! Services are great! Free laundry were provided and the clothes were usually done within 8 hours. Rooms are cozy and clean. Air-con worked well and heat up the room quickly during winter. Cannot say enough thank you to the warm and welcoming staffs!'

'We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is located in the middle of a pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel is also in close proximity to many attractions. The hotel has an amazing staff that is always willing to help out, they helped us with our luggage, allowed for late check out and they have an amazing laundry program where they do your laundry for free overnight. The hotel is in an older building but they have done a good job renovating the units....
