'Lovely stay, kindly accommodated our earlier arrival (we were allowing extra time for possible road closures), very clean and compact, we had everything we needed. A couple of steps to watch (trip hazards), shower water turned hot when toilet flushed, and no full length mirror.'

'How stay good we had a room that suited six people and that did not include a spa we were hoping to be able to use one of the outdoor spas as it states that on the site (one of their main selling points) but they told us it was already booked out and we had to book prior but this was not communicated to us so that was a big let down considering we went to that specific motel because we wanted to utilize the spas (traveled from Waikato) but they told us to go across the road and we will get 50%...

'We stayed here as part of a larger group. Simon is fantastic with communication and accommodating to our needs. We were able to organise a buffet dinner for our large group which was delicious. The resort itself is a bit dated but suited our needs having family, couples and single rooms available with everyone having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This was our second time staying as a large group.'

'Amazing kitchen facilities, with everything you need to cook and drink. Teas and coffee selections with so many choices. Lovely unit with generous bedroom, pillows and space for your suitcase, clothes etc. Good bathroom though I did find the shower floor a bit slippery when wet. Check in process a breeze and lots of information to hand regarding what to do in and around Orewa. Lovely decor and felt very homely and welcoming. '
