'Great house to rent out for a family vacation, since the moment you walk in you will love the home very clean and well set up all the areas throughout the home. Best pool table we have ever seen in these homes. Host very nice and answers quickly to any questions asked totally recommend.'

'Check-in was very easy. The property description was spot on. It was in a safe neighborhood in a very convenient location. The host was easy to work with. I am not giving a 5 star because it could use a bit more cleaning. The pool area was pretty dirty. Most of the vents and baseboards were pretty dusty. Several of the blinds were broken. You couldn't close the front blinds because it was missing several panels. This may not be a big deal to some, but it's hard with littles to not have a dark...

'We were 18 family members that met from various states for the week. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of things to do between the theater, pool table, the golf simulator, and of course the pool. The individually decorated rooms were fun regardless of our ages. Had a great week.'

'We had a wonderful time staying at this townhouse. The location and views are great, including nightly fireworks you can watch from the master bedroom. It was quiet, clean and priced much less than the exact same townhomes from other hosts. Speaking of hosts, they are very responsive, kind and helpful. Our plans changed a number of times and every time I messaged them they were quick to respond and very understanding. We will definitely stay again, thank you Shine!'
